    Focus On Fitness and Health

    Transforming your look isn’t always about cutting your hair and buying new clothing. It can also be about changing how you feel on the inside. Often, that can start with focusing on your fitness and health. 

    Start by changing your diet to include more vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and lean proteins. The more natural and nutritious your food is, the more your mind and body can benefit.
